We understand the importance of a home project to our clients. Here’s how we set the stage for our clients’ journey to achieve their dream home:

CONSULTATION & PRE-DESIGN PHASE

Client fills out a questionnaire
· Pre-design phone consultation, a 20-minute complimentary call discussing the client's goals, the scope of work, the project timeline & preliminary budget
· Once agreed upon, we move on to the on-site consultation phase
· After the contract is approved and signed by the client, space is measured & photographed

· Contractor selection as needed
· Final budget
· Upon approval of the design and budget, we move on to the next phase

DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION & INSTALLATION

Working drawings prepared by an architect for construction projects
· Permits acquired
· Construction begins
· Materials & furnishing ordered after the receipt of the retainer
· Site visits by the designer
· Weekly progress discussion with the client
· Deliveries coordinated
· Installation of movable furnishings, materials, and accessories
· Revisions adjusted, finishing with the final touches
